Martin County Fiscal Court is seeking bids for mowing and trimming of Martin County Parks and other properties. Work consists of lawn maintenance such as: raking, grass mowing, grass edging, and proper removal/disposal of lawn litter, including but not limited to; trash and landscape debris such as leaves, sticks, grass, clippings, and organic debris by the contractor. Trash cans to be emptied weekly. Locations: Warfield Park, Inez Park, Pigeon Roost Park, Turkey Park, Huntleyville Park, Tomahawk Park, Grassy Park, Old Courthouse and Annex, Senior Citizens Center, and Swimming pool (weed cutting only at this location) Length of contract shall be from April 15, 2024 to October 15, 2024, with final cleanup including leaf removal and general winterization must occur after November 15, 2024 but prior to December 1, 2024. The county has the right to select the lowest and/ or best quote that is in the best interest of the County. Bids that are in substantial compliance with the advertisement shall be considered, and Martin County ha the right to reject any and/ or all bids.
