Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sisseton, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Amendment No. A00004 has been issued to inform offerors that Wage Determination SD202400021 has been updated, replace B01 Attachment J07 and to extend the proposal due date/time to August 30, 2024. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for the renovation of the pharmacy and ambulance garage for compliance with the latest versions of USP 795, USP 797 and USP 800. This project includes but is not limited to: demolition, including some saw cutting for new mechanical reroutes, minimum masonry work for patching in wall opening(s), carpentry, thermal properties, openings, including glazing and ballistic type pass through transaction window system, finishes, specialties, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc. All work is to be completed in accordance with the design documents provided for this project. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center, located at 100 Lake Traverse Drive Sisseton, SD 57262. CONSTRUCTION DURATION: Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204. This project will be solicited as unrestricted full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Contractors. The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. For information concerning NAICS and SBA size standards, go to http://www.sba.gov. This notice is for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for submission of offers. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation itself. No bidder list is maintained. Interested bidders should follow this solicitation notice on https://sam.gov to receive email notifications of any updates to the initial notice including any subsequent amendments. No additional information is available other than what is noted herein. Firms are instructed not to call requesting more information. Offerors shall submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to both the Contracting Officer at Shaukat.Syed@ihs.gov. Questions should be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the proposal receipt date to allow time for a response. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
