Provision of labor, equipment and material for on-call construction of various green infrastructure stormwater management best management practices (bmps) such as bioretention facilities, dry swales, urban bioretention along roadways, infiltration practices, permeable pavement, stormwater pond retrofit and associated infrastructure such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks and walkways, driveway aprons, storm sewer pipes and associated structures, wet utilities, pavement markings and signage restoration, street lighting relocations, streetscapes and related site work, landscaping and site restoration including seeding, sodding, soil amendment, planting, mulching and reforestation. this on-call service will be provided on an "as-needed" basis with a per-project limit of up to $750,000 with an annual not to exceed amount of $2,500,000 for up to a five-year period. Bid Surety in the amount of not less than $25,000 of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of $750,000 will be required of the successful bidder. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure. A bidder's submission of a bid indicates acceptance of these terms.
