Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wadsworth, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; for paving for a religious / funeral development; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work covered by the plans and specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment and the noted material for installation of waterline and appurtenances, site utilities, grading and foundations for restroom and splash pad facilities, and other related work. This improvement must attain Substantial Completion by November 18, 2024. All bidders must be qualified by experience and properly equipped to complete the work specified in the time allotted. The engineer's estimate for the proposed improvements: Base Bid: $ $576,205.00. A bid guarantee in the form of either: a. A bond in substantially the form set forth in section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Said bond shall be the full amount of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter1305 of the Ohio Revised Code. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit shall equal 10% of the full amount of the bid and the Successful Bidder will be required to submit a bond in the form provided in section 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code in conjunction with the execution of the contract. Said bond shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The City shall have the sole right to select the option and any alternative or combination of alternatives that best suits the needs of the City. The City of Wadsworth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities therein.
