The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) Emergency Service Division has a requirement under PANMCC-23-P-0000 019438 or Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS). Security phone support upgrade to include quarterly site visits for one week duration with DAQ certified personnel. Perform upgrade and routine maintenance for the alarm system operations for 91 zones. Provide training and materials to on site System Administrator personnel. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. This requirement is a commercial item acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This contact of the following contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN's): CLIN 0001, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: EA, Description: Base - Maintenance to ICIDS. Period of Performance: (22 September 2024 until 21 September 2025) CLIN 1001, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: EA, Description: 1st Option - Maintenance to ICIDS. Period of Performance: (22 September 2025 until 21 September 2026) CLIN 2001, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: EA, Description: 2nd Option - Maintenance to ICIDS. Period of Performance: (22 September 2026 until 21 September 2027) CLIN 3001, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: EA, Description: 3rd Option - Maintenance to ICIDS. Period of Performance: (22 September 2027 until 21 September 2028) CLIN 4001, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: EA, Description: 4th Option - Maintenance to ICIDS. Period of Performance: (22 September 2028 until 21 September 2029) As part of price evaluation, the Government will evaluate its option to extend services (see FAR clause 52.217-8) by adding six (6) months of the offeror's final option period price to the offeror's total price. Offerors are required only to price the base and option periods. Offerors shall not submit a price for the potential six (6) month extension of services period. The Government may choose to exercise the Extension of Services at the end of any performance period (base or option periods), utilizing the rates of that performance period. This RFQ will result in a single award, firm fixed price purchase order. The requirement is classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)" with a size standard of $22 Million was selected for the subject acquisition, as it relates to this requirement. Award will be made on an all or none basis. An offeror must quote on all items in this solicitation to be eligible for award. Offer is required to provide technical literature which will be evaluated for technical acceptability. Tradeoffs are not permitted. The quote shall include transportation costs to USAYPG Yuma, Arizona 85365-9498. Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. Shipping and taxes (if applicable) shall be incorporated into your proposed price. Payment will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Delivery shall be made to USAYPG, AZ 85365-9498 with FOB Destination. As a responding vendor you must be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract.
