Reference Number 0000266027 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/21 02:00:00 PM EDT Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning (Humber), will be issuing a RFP for General Contractors to convert two (2) existing classrooms at the North Campus - 205 Humber College Boulevard, Toronto - into a new BioMedical Science Lab. The combined space for the new lab is approximately 1,540 sq.ft. The work will encompass full demolition of the existing classrooms to remove all finishes, including the ACT ceiling and one (1) partition. Two (2) existing doors and sidelights are to be removed and infilled. This will create the shell of the new Lab to receive new floor and wall finishes; the ceiling is to remain open to the deck above, painted. Mechanical and Electrical systems to be modified to suit the new layout - the expectation is that all will be tied into existing services. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
