The Toronto Port Authority, in collaboration with CIMA+, is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to rehabilitate the Dock Wall at the Port of Toronto in accordance with the provided plans and specifications. The scope of work includes repairing damaged concrete surfaces on both the top and sides of the dock wall, restoring and resurfacing existing steel railings, removing existing safety stations and rescue ladders and installing new ones, and conducting underwater repairs to address holes in steel sheet piles at three identified areas. This project aims to enhance the structural integrity and safety of the dock wall while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. A Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Total Contract Price. A Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
