Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 35,866-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; and municipal facility.
Development of the CPC North York Delivery / Distribution Centre, at the south side of Finch Ave W, between Dufferin Street and Keele St. Scope of work includes a new 35,866 sq ft building, with administrative office space, 2 high docks, 3 low docks, 49 on-grade loading facilities, a shared laneway, 139 corporate parking spaces as well as 189 employee parking spaces. TIMELINE: Owner is awaiting site plan approvals from the city of Toronto. Designs are ongoing. General Contractor has been secured. Pending all required approvals, on-site mobilization by the General Contractor is expected early March 2025.
