Value: $ 304,875.00 The project consists of reconstructing approximately 530 feet of roadway, installing 530 feet of concrete curb and gutter, stone and pulverize 2,000 feet and 1,500 tons of asphalt. This project will also include the replacement of an existing culvert on Oakhill Drive. Prequalification of bidders will not be required. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any bids which may be advantageous to the OWNER. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the OWNER for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of his bid in accordance with the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
