The Project consists of constructing of approximately 3,650 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch water main in Sullivan County along White Top Road including but not limited to valves, fittings, hydrants, together with miscellaneous civil work shown in the Contract Drawings and required for a complete functioning system. The selected contractor for the project will be solely responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of storm water erosion and sediment control best management practices to comply with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation General Permit Number TRN100000. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., C.S.T. and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office.
