INVITATION TO BID City of Bristol, Tennessee Bristol Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Dewatering System Upgrades City of Bristol Bid No. 24-025 EDA Award No. 04-79-07707 INVITATION TO BID Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of thirty days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest.
