Site work for a warehouse / distribution facility in Bluff City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.

The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to install: - Approximately 235 linear feet (Blackley Dr) and 195 linear feet (Exide Dr.) of 8' high chain link perimeter fencing. - One 8' x 25' cantilever chain link gate at each location with an automated operator, auto-closing feature, and dusk-to-dawn timer/locking logic.
