Reference Number NB-0325006-25 This Estimated Quantity Contract is for the supply and delivery of non-coning traffic paint to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation, the Nova Scotia Public Works, and the Halifax Regional Municipality. This contract shall be in effect from April 8, 2024 to April 7, 2025 with the option to extend for one (1) additional year, if mutually agreed to by N.B.D.T.I. and N.S.D.T.I. and the successful bidder. This option must be exercised no later than January 11, 2025. If not mutually agreed by this date, the option for a second year is withdrawn. To be delivered as and when required for the period indicated at the request of the department. Quantities or dollar values stated are an estimate made in good faith and may vary considerably. The Province of N.B. reserves the right to purchase more or lesser amounts depending on requirements.
