The proposed work includes the supply and installation of approximately 375 metres of 200 mm diameter PVC sanitary sewer, 350 metres of 200 mm diameter ductile iron water main, 160 metres of 300 mm diameter storm sewer, as well as any associated service laterals and appurtenances, a temporary water system, reinstatement of the roadway, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, landscaping, the placement of asphalt concrete on Kilburn Street, Cherry Avenue, and Main Street, as well as a multi-use trail and connections to the Northside Trail in The City of Fredericton. Deadline to Submit Questions March 19, 2024 All written questions and other communications made by the Bidder prior to execution of the Contract are to be directed solely to the Purchasing Agent All Work under this contract shall be completed on or before 2024 October 15th. The Contractor is to complete the Work within sixteen (16) consecutive weeks of starting the Work. Only qualified Contractors will be considered for award of this Contract. In order to be considered qualified; the Contractor shall have been successfully pre-qualified under Prequalification No. P22-43 Category "B" to submit a Tender for the Work of this Contract.
