Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provision of new cap sheet membrane over existing modified bitumen membrane roof assembly. .2 Selective cutting and patching of existing modified bitumen membrane roof assembly. .3 Provision of new sheet metal fascia at perimete of work area. .4 Provision of new flashings at wall, equipment curbs, and roof penetrations. .5 Removal and reinstatement of metal wall cladding to allow for new roofing installation.
