The Work Under This Contract Includes, but is Not Necessarily Limited to, the Following (See Drawings and Specifications - 00 85 00 for More Information): .1 Remove Ornamental Steel Tubes and Flashings; .2 Remove Surface Layer of Existing Glulam; .3 Install Dutchman's Patch; .4 Install Diffuser Rods; .5 Apply Finishes. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tender price (Including Taxes). The project shall be completed by August 16th, 2024.
