Site work for a water / sewer project in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of stumps and trees. .2 Infilling windows in foundation. .3 Site upgrades to decrease slope from the parking area to North side of the building. .4 Create continuous drainage swale along West, North, and East sides of the building. .5 New drain tile, filter fabric, clean stone, and waterproof membrane along the North side of building. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered.
