Cancellation Description This requirement is cancelled in its entirety due to additional issues with the building and installed equipment. The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW), (Attachment 1). This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 and DFARS DPN change notice 20240215. All questions are due by 4:30 pm CST 10 April 2024. Quotes will be due 19 April 2024 no later than 4:30 pm CST.
