A site visit is scheduled at Building 1016, Gunter Annex AFB, Alabama, on Thursday, 08 August 2024, at 09:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please provide a list of all attendees, as shown exactly on their driver's license. In addition to the attendee's name, include their title and a telephone number for each individual. When retrieving their base pass, attendees must ensure they have their driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names must be submitted by Wednesday, 07 August 2024 at 4:00 PM CDT. Offerors should be at the Maxwell Air Force Base Visitor Control Center the day of the site visit at 08:15 AM CDT to retrieve or receive a visitor's pass. Submit the requested information to the contract specialist (CS) and CO. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve contractors from the responsibility of correctly estimating the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. Offerors may email written questions, concerns and/or requests for clarification pertaining to this RFP or any of its attachments to the addresses below.
