Requesting quotes for: ABATEMENT AND CLEAN UP as per specifications listed on attached for the following location: 209 Eighth Street Lafayette, LA 70501 Project Supervisor: Kathy Trahan Authorizing Agency: Compliance Division Work must be completed within two (2) weeks of notice to proceed given by the Compliance Division. Please include in the email's subject line - Questions - Abatement at 209 Eighth Street Remove all rubbish and debris from the property located at 209 Eighth Street. Vendor must have liability insurance as per standard Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government insurance requirements. (If you have any questions on this, call Suzanne Siner at 291-8290). Please include copy of insurance if not already on file with Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government Purchasing Office. Work must be completed within two weeks of notice to proceed given by the Compliance Division. Do not begin until given notice to proceed by the Project Supervisor. Completely remove rubbish and debris, including combustible and non-combustible waste materials, paper, rags, cartons, boxes, wood, excelsior, rubber, leather, tree branches, yard trimmings, tin cans, metals, mineral matter, glass, crockery and similar materials from the premises 209 Eighth Street.
