Question Submission Deadline March 21, 2024, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline: March 26, 2024, 4:00pm Description of Work This contract provides for the improvement of Lucas Creek Road by removing two fish barrier culverts and constructing stream diversions, structure excavation, constructing two buried structures, anchored large woody debris, streambed mix, planting mitigation, crushed surfacing, guardrail, temporary traffic control, *** and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specification, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Lewis County Public Works Department. Informational copies of maps, plans, and specifications are on file for inspection in the office of the County Engineer of Lewis County in Chehalis, Washington.
