Cost Range: The cost range is anticipated to be in the range of $4.5 to $6.5 million 24" Clear Creek Crossing Waterline Installation A bid guarantee in the form of a bidder's bond, certified check or a cashier's check made out to "City of Friendswood" in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the greatest amount bid must accompany each submission. BIDS THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ACCOMPANYING BID GUARANTEE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE BIDDER. For contracts in excess of $50,000, payment, performance, and maintenance bonds along with a bid guarantee are required by the City. The City of Friendswood (the "City") reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. Please submit all questions in writing to Jildardo Arias, PE, CFM, ENV SP, via email to engineering@friendswood.com, no later than October 24, 2024, at 5:00 PM. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
