Renovation of a multi-residential development in Key West Nas, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,024-square-foot, two-story above grade multi-residential development.

As of November 7, 2025, this project is completed. A former solicitation is below, for reference: The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide complete restoration/repairs to one (1) unoccupied residential apartment damaged by smoke and fire and is located at 2675 North Roosevelt Boulevard, Apartment #3, Key West, Florida. All materials will be provided by the KWHA through the KWHA warehouse located at 1400 Kennedy Drive in Key West and through the KWHA commercial account at Home Depot and/or other vendors as needed. The Contractor will pick up and transport all materials to the project site. Deadline for Questions: Wednesday, March 20, 2024 by 3:00 p.m. construction contractors to submit sealed bids to restore/repair one (1) residential unit at the Roosevelt Gardens Apartments that was damaged by fire. The total allowable time for project completion will be five months (permitting: 1 month/work: 4 months). The KWHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid, and to award to any party considered to be in the best interest of the KWHA.
