The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority seeks to purchase two (2) Fail Open Series 98 Scotch Yoke design pneumatic actuators, or approved equivalents, for retrofitting on a 20" Pratt Valve and 30" Pratt Valve, as specified below. If quoting a product as an equivalent, FKAA reserves the right to request a sample of the proposed product. FKAA, at its sole discretion, will determine whether the proposed pneumatic actuator meets the required specifications.
