Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Axtell, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work includes general site grading to improve drainage and approximately 660' of concrete valley gutters or channel and other such work as may be incidental to NTV STUDIOS - DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS. Each BIDDER will be required to submit with his proposal, a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable, without condition, to Sinclair Television of Omaha, LLC, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. BIDDER will complete all work within 30 consecutive calendar days. OWNER desires all work to be completed by October 31, 2024.
