Demolition, site work and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Port Orange, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a two-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the addition of a 1,789-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

This project consists of the demolition of the existing two-story concession/press-box structure to be replaced by a new 1,789 GSF single-story building which includes four (4) family-style restrooms, concession area, office/storeroom, covered picnic area and a central storage space. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety or a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Port Orange, Florida in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed bid must be submitted with each bid. The Bidder must also be able to obtain both payment and performance bonds equal to one-hundred-percent (100%) of project value from a surety company licensed in Florida and must submit proof of their present bonding capacity with their submitted bid package in the form of a current (not older than 3 months) letter from bidder's bonding agent. Bidder's failure to include the bonding capacity letter with bid package may result in rejection of bidder's submittal.
