Therefore, the parties agree the awarded bidder (Contractor) shall pay to the County, as fixed and liquidated damages, and not as penalty, a dollar sum in the amount of $0.00 per day for each calendar day beyond the allowed time stated in the Contract Documents after which the work is completed. The work shall be commenced on a date to be specified in a written order from the County and shall be completed within (60 days) following the date specified in Countys written order.
