The contractor will also be providing an emergency response service for any issue that arise effecting door that are utilized to secure Facilities on a daily basis. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of $40,000.00.
