Water Distribution Sand and Base Aggregate This contract does not commit the City to purchase the quantities indicated. The quantities are estimates and are based on the best available information. The purpose of this contract is to establish prices for the commodities or services needed, should the City need to purchase these commodities or services. Since the quantities are estimates, the City may purchase more than the estimated quantities, less than the estimated quantities, or not purchase any quantities at all. The needs of the City shall govern the amount that is purchased. City may request items that are not listed in Part 4, Price and Fee Bid. In such an event, vendors shall offer the best available governmental pricing. As part of the contract/agreement, the City of Redlands will reserve the right to select or reject employees and sub-contractors providing services. Two complete bid packages (1 original plus 1 copy) with all required documents as itemized must be submitted in a single sealed envelope.
