The Town of Smyrna will accept bids for the replacement of the existing pressure treated wood deck on the Sam Davis Road Pedestrian Bridge in Smyrna, Tennessee. The project is for the removal of the existing pressure treated wood deck and installation of a new Pressure Treated Wood Deck. The bridge deck is approximately 185' long and 5' wide. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of 90 (ninety) days. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. All bidders shall comply with the Tennessee Contractor License law Section 62-6-119 (Bid documents - Required disclosure by bidders) when submitting bids. Bidders may be required to obtain a Smyrna Business License. Refer to the contract documents for criteria.
