Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Great Falls, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Work Location: Colvin Run Mill Park 10017 Colvin Run Road, Great Falls, Virginia 22066 Sealed bids are hereby solicited for renovations at Historic Colvin Run Mill (10017 Colvin Run Road, Great Falls, Virginia 22066). The work shall include the following: Demolition of existing porch, constructing of a replacement ADA accessible porch, aggregate binder trail renovations/repairs, sitting area with site furnishings including a water fountain and benches This is a lump sum contract. Contract length is 161 calendar days All questions concerning the project shall be submitted in writing to the Fairfax County Park Authority, Planning and Development Division, 12055 Government Center Parkway, Suite 421, Fairfax, VA 22035 via email at heather.lynch@fairfaxcounty.gov at least seven days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bids. This office is the only point where information will be disseminated. Bid Security must accompany each proposal in accordance with Information for Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening thereof. The Fairfax County Park Authority of Fairfax County, Virginia reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the Fairfax County Park Authority.
