Site work for a water / sewer project in East Troy, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project involves: Conversion of existing dry pit sanitary lift station to a submersible station. Work includes force main connections, electrical, standby generator replacement, pipes, valves, painting, temporary pumping, and building construction. Additional Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of East Troy Sanitary District No. 2 and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to East Troy Sanitary District No. 2 at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to East Troy Sanitary District No. 2, equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award The East Troy Sanitary District No. 2 reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.
