Engineer's Estimate $810,000.00 Performance of All Work Incident Thereto in Accordance With the Plans and Specifications. This work consists of locating, furnishing, installing, and maintaining temporary sediment and erosion control Best Management Practices (BMP) for earth disturbing activity areas, developing a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), performing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Inspections, filing a Co-Permittee form as required. Furnish a SWPPP if required prior to any earth disturbing activity. Furnish and install temporary sediment and erosion control BMPs in compliance with all National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and surface water permits. Amend the SWPPP in accordance with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) General Construction Stormwater NPDES Permit.
