Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Description/Location: Funding requested to supplement the $500,000 that was allocated in 2022 (CPFACCCB 57168) to replace the Air handler Unit #7, which serves the Juvenile Detention and Reception areas in the City County Building. Justification: Air Handler Unit #7 is at end of life and in need of replacement. The additional funding is needed to cover the increased cost of materials. This project is included in the county's FY 2024 Capital Improvement Program. As of April 1, 2024, further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been identified.
