The Work includes: a. Trenching, backfilling and compacting b. Salvage pumps, floats, and controls for Owner c. Partial demolition and abandonment of the existing lift station d. Connect to existing sanitary sewer e. Forcemain abandonment f. Temporary bypass pumping g. Erosion control h. Landscape restoration Pre-Qualification: Yes Site Address: 2999 Creekwood Drive, Bellevue, WI. City: Bellevue County: Brown State/Province: WI Prequalification of Bidders is required. The Village of Bellevue's Bidders Proof of Responsibility forms will be issued with the Bid Documents. The Village of Bellevue's Bidders Proof of Responsibility forms shall be completed, submitted and received by the Owner by 4:00 p.m., a minimum of five (5) calendar days prior to the Bid Opening. Bidders who have been previously qualified for a Village of Bellevue project during 2024 will not be required to resubmit separate qualifications for this project. No bids will be accepted from any Bidder who has not submitted the Village of Bellevue's Bidders Proof of Responsibility. The Owner reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who has been determined to be unqualified.
