Description: It is the intent of Forsyth County to solicit proposals to provide janitorial services for multiple Forsyth County facilities. It is the County's intent to award contracts based on the lowest cost to one or more qualified Contractors. The County may, at its option, choose to combine facilities into a singular contract based on the lowest net cost for a group of facilities (i.e., grouping all branch libraries in one contract). Tours of the facilities will be provided upon request. To arrange a site tour, please contact Debbie Browy, Facilities Services Manager, at 336-703-2216 or browydl@forsyth.cc. The County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, bids, to waive informalities in the bids, and to choose the bid that is in the best interest of the County. Questions Due March 21, 2024 5:00 PM Proposer Questions and Inquiries Proposer questions and inquiries relative to this RFP must be submitted via email only by 5:00 pm, March 21, 2024, to Russell Frye, City/County Purchasing to: russellf@cityofws.org The County will provide email responses to all inquiries received to all recipients of this RFP. Any oral responses made by any representative of the County may not be relied upon. Any supplements or amendments to this RFP will be in writing and furnished to potential bidders.
