ARP Happy Top 47,000 Gallon Water Storage Tank including glass-coated, bolted steel tank (H.W.L. 28.43'), geotechnical report, tank foundations, and site work. Furnish and erect a new glass coated, bolted steel water storage tank, including foundation, tank structure, roof, yard piping, cathodic protection, tank appurtenances, and sub-surface geotechnical report as shown on the contract drawings and described herein. Glass fused to steel, bolted tank, roof, and foundation shall conform to AWWA D103-Latest Revision and AWWA D108- Latest Revision, and all elements shall be compliant with the provisions of NSF 61. Contract 124 - Happy Top Water Storage Tank, Geotechnical Analysis performed by a licensed soils engineer, Site Work, and Foundations The Owner May Waive Any Informalities or Minor Defects or Reject Any and All Bids. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Payable to the Owner for 5% of the Total Amount of the Bid. As Soon as the Bid Prices Have Been Compared, the Owner Will Return the Bonds of All but the Three Lowest Responsible Bidders. Successful Bidders Will Be Returned. The Bid Bond of the Successful Bidder Will Be Retained Until the Payment Bond and Performance Bond Have Been Executed and Approved, After Which It Will Be Returned. A Certified Check May Be Used in Lieu of a Bid Bond. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price, With a Corporate Surety Approved by the Owner, Will Be Required for the Faithful Performance of the Contract.
