Site work for a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

The purpose of this contract is to replace the current above ground fuel storage tank. Tarrant County is seeking bid for the purchase and installation of a split 750 gallon above ground fuel tank. o Awarded vendor must permit the project with the city of Fort Worth. o Awarded vendor must remove and dispose of existing AST currently being used at the site. o Awarded vendor must furnish and install one (1) 750-gallon, UL 142, double compartment split 500/250, double wall steel aboveground storage tank. Tank to be equipped with necessary openings and emergency vents. Tank to be set on existing concrete pad and any vehicle impact protection required around tank to be furnished and installed by others. Crane and rigging to unload and set tank on pad are included. o Awarded vendor must furnish and install one (1) 2" anti-overfill valve with spill containment box in each compartment. Awarded vendor must furnish and install (2) Tuthill Fill Rite pumps with mechanical registers and hoses, nozzles, swivels, and breakaways. o Tarrant County will furnish and install any electrical conduit or wiring required. Existing electrical circuits can be reused but existing pumps will need to be disconnected and new pumps reconnected by others. o Awarded vendor must provide start-up of the new equipment and owner training upon completion. o Tarrant County desires to have the option to have a fuel card management reader installed onto the tank to digitally track user access.
