NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Livermore (City) is requesting qualified Contractors to submit proposals including a pricing schedule and a summary of qualifications for providing Hazardous Materials Removal and Disposal services according to the City's specifications and all other terms and conditions. The requested services consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to perform these services in the City, in accordance with the specifications and conditions specified in the Request for Bids (RFB) #4261 issued by the City. The City of Livermore reserves the right to award or reject proposals in part or in whole and on any basis, it deems in the best interest of the City. This RFB will be awarded to the vendor whose response represents the "Best Value" to the City of Livermore. Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.68 which can be found on the City of Livermore's website. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids on any basis deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Any changes, omissions, or variations in specifications or conditions of bidding may be considered cause of rejection. Contract term begins 7/01/2024
