Scope of Work of the Contract includes: Site Prep for approximately 67 Acres 219 Residential Lots and 9 Common Area Lots Excavation and Placement of Approximately 125,000 Cy of soils Any proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The project includes excavation in accordance with the plans and specifications for The Ranch at Uptown Phase Two. The Owner, TMTB Uptown, LLC a Delaware limited liability company on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County.
