Steger Federal Building and Courthouse; 211 W. Ferguson St., Tyler, TX 75702. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The estimated construction cost magnitude for all work under this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19 Million. All responsible, qualified firms are encouraged to submit a proposal. The source selection process and criteria will be based on the Best Value trade-off methodology. A pre-proposal conference will be held May 9, 2024, at 11:00 AM CDT. A site visit will be conducted on May 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM CDT.
