Renovation of a municipal facility in Sept-Iles, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference number : 1821406 The work to be carried out generally includes the almost total dismantling of hangar #6 located at the Mgr-Blanche terminal, while preserving the original foundations and steel structure identified in the plans. Questions will be received until April 11, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. After this date, no questions will be received. The existing structure will be partially refurbished and will then be used to construct the new building, including completely new electrical, ventilation, mechanical, architectural installations, etc. Exterior landscaping work is also planned on the terminal around the building. The work includes the provision of labour, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, etc. described in the plans and specifications. No visit is mandatory for this call for tenders, however it is strongly recommended. Bidders will be able to visit the site with prior authorization from the Port of Sept-Îles. Bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the existing locations and conditions. The bidder will be required to notify at least 24 hours in advance by email if they wish to visit the site.
