The work will be carried out according to one of the following options: Option 1 - repair and resurfacing of existing playing surface Or Option 2 - development of a new playing surface Without limitation, the main works covered by this contract are as follows: - Dismantling of existing structures; - Partial or complete repair (depending on options) of the gaming platform (bituminous coating); - Play platform (bituminous coating, acrylic sports coating, etc.); - Lighting; - Chain link fencing and barriers; - Basketball court accessories; - Sodding; - Restoration of the premises. The contract also covers all related work necessary to complete the works according to the plans and specifications. Work schedule The successful bidder is authorized to begin its work after the thaw period in spring 2024. The work must be completed, that is to say, have received provisional acceptance from the City, no later than July 31, 2024 .
