Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Proposed actions are to remove the existing bridge and wingwalls, replace the bridge, maintaining the low chord elevation, install sand and grease traps on the storm water outfalls, and installation of scour countermeasures at the new abutments. Impacts to Indian Creek are related to the existing riprap walls directly adjacent to the bridge where new wing walls will be placed to support the near vertical slopes and directly under the bridge to integrate scour countermeasures into the slope.
