Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warrenton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 22, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded sometime in May.** The Booneslick Road Sidewalk Rehabilitation Project involves the removal and replacement of approximately 1,100 linear feet of sidewalk with ADA Accessibility, street, and stormwater improvements. Sidewalk improvements for ADA Accessibility encompass pedestrian sidewalk travel, business and building access, additional ADA Accessible parking, and pavement restriping for cross walks and ADA compliant parking stalls. Street and roadway improvements include removal and replacement of existing asphalt and concrete pavements to improve roadway conditions and stormwater drainage. Stormwater improvements include storm structure modifications, additional structures, and ADA compliant pedestrian grated inlet tops to allow for adequate drainage while maintaining ADA path compliance.
