Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Warrenton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,520-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Scope: A. Provide all material, labor, equipment, and accessories required to fabricate, deliver, and install the renovations to the existing greenhouse as specified and described in this Specification. B. Minimum Scope: See included photos of existing Greenhouse for reference (1)Existing size of greenhouse - 30'-0” x 84'-0”. (Verify all conditions on site). (2) Existing structure (trusses/frame/columns) to remain and be re-used. (3) Replace all the exterior Polycarbonate/Lexan wall panels, end panels and roof panels. (4) Provide new gable end shutters/louvers. (5) Provide new heaters. (Existing of two (2). (6) Provide new air flow fans -total of four (4). (7) Provide new exterior double doors. (8) Provide new exterior single door. (9) Provide new downspouts and gutter system. (10) Existing trench drains to remain. Flush out/clean existing trench drains including lateral lines to drainage system to confirm lines are clear. (11) Replace all electrical lines, outlets, and switches. (12) Provide a new electrical transformer. (13) Provide a new evaporative pad cooling system. (14) Provide new temperature controls, display, and alarm notification system.
