As of July 9, 2024 project was awarded to Techtree, awarded amount is $199,084.40. The Warren County R-III School District (District) will accept proposals for Bogen Intercom Systems for Warrior Ridge Elementary, Rebecca Boone Elementary, Daniel Boone Elementary, Black Hawk Middle School, Warrenton High School and Alpha Academy for full replacements. Service requested will replace current outdated intercom systems in all buildings. A timeline for the project will be established after the District receives approval. Work shall not impede or disrupt school activities. This could include evening and weekend availability. This is a prevailing wage solicitation. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages, as set out in the wage order attached to and made part of the specification for work under the contract, must be paid to all workers performing under this ITB. The contractor will be held responsible for paying the prevailing wages and it is imperative that all contractors familiarize themselves with the current wage rates before submitting bids based on these specifications herein. The contractor will forfeit a penalty to the contracting public body of $100 per day (or a portion of a day) for each worker that is paid less than the prevailing rate for any work done under the contract by the contractor or any subcontractors The Warren County R-III School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects, and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to the District.
