Johnson County Arkansas desires to select professional services from a design firm to perform the necessary studies and preliminary design to clearly establish parameters for an update, remodel, and additions to the Johnson County Sheriff s Office complex, including District Court and Detention Center. Johnson County Arkansas is requesting qualifications from interested architects for professional services to include acceptable processes and structural alternatives and cost alternatives from professional architects that submit qualifications which includes all the information required to be included, as set forth herein (hereinafter referred to as Respondent) All questions shall be directed to (Herman Houston, Johnson County Judge, at 479.754.2175 or email: johnsoncountyjudge@gmail.com during weekday hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Johnson County Arkansas reserves the right to reject any and all Qualification Statements, in whole or in part, and to waive any immaterial defect or informality in any Qualification Statement as may be permitted by law. Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. & 22-9-203, Johnson County Arkansas encourages participation of small, minority, and women s business enterprises.
