Remodeling of a municipal facility in Lexington, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The County of Dawson, Nebraska, herein called OWNER will invite contractors to bid for the remodel of the Dawson County Courthouse, 700 North Washington St., Lexington Nebraska as shown in the Contract Documents. Project consists of Department of Motor Vehicles and Licensing office remodel, and hallway remodel. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount of not less than 5 percent of the total bid amount and shall be made payable to the Owner as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into contract to construct the project and give bond in the sum as herein stated for the construction of the project. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the sum of the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
