All bid responses will be controlled by the Terms and Conditions included by the City of Salisbury. Bidder terms and conditions included as a part of published price lists, catalogs, and/or other documents submitted as a part of the bid response are waived and will have no effect either on the bid, or any contract which may be awarded as a result of this bid. The site is located at Interstate 85, North and South bound ramps, and East Innes medians within the Right of Way, from Town Creek to Faith Road. Bidders are responsible to visit or familiarize themselves with the locations prior to bidding. See the Attached Map ** Class 2 vests required, shirts, etc. ** * Interstate On and Off Ramps lawn, planted areas and tree rings. * Lawn areas, mulched Innes St. medians, beds and tree rings, inside the black fencing, east and west of the interstate, on Innes St., from Town Creek to Faith Road. * See Map on Page 2. 52 weeks per year o Litter and debris cleanup and disposal for the entire site. o Blow sidewalks 34 times per year o Mow and edge sidewalks - March to November 12 times per year - Monthly o Spray all mulched areas, including mulch rings around trees and the rock under the interstate bridges. 1 time per year o Prune deciduous tree canopies up to six (6) feet. o Prune Crape Myrtles to back of curb o NO HEADING BACK OF ANY TREES o Weed, cut and remove all vines and sprouted seedlings from plantings o Remove dead foliage from Daylilies, in Novemb o NO OLD MULCH SHOWING. o Maintenance contractor is to haul mulch to Interstate site, from Old Wilkesboro site. o Single ground mulch.
